I'm an Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, working on bioinformatics and computational tools for genetics and medical research. I created SoS Notebook and SoS Workflow (https://github.com/vatlab/sos), open-source tools for multi-language data analysis and scientific workflows, and AI Marketplace Monitor (https://github.com/BoPeng/ai-marketplace-monitor).
