I’m Marcelus Brice, founder of TheraPlug, a Detroit-based startup building a behavioral health platform to help patients connect with licensed therapists and access care through insurance.

We’re seeking a hands-on founding CTO to help build our mobile and web platform and assemble a lean engineering team. Relevant experience includes healthcare integrations, secure video, AI-assisted matching and documentation, and HIPAA security requirements.

We are pre-funding and seeking an equity-first arrangement, with a planned transition to salary when funding supports payroll. Terms and time commitment will be agreed in writing.
